Thank You for Your Interest in Helping These Special Kids in Colorado! King's Team Camp is a one-week residential summer camp designed for graduates (ages 12-15) of the Royal Family Kids' Camps Teens will be paired with an adult counselor. All counselors and staff are volunteers who have been carefully screened and trained to work with teens and teen-life issues. These teens will build relationships with adults, and other teens and experience God’s creation in a safe and wholesome environment. This results in a host of positive memories while building confidence and self-esteem. While at camp, the teens will receive individual attention and also participate in team-building activities, such as: swimming, hiking, challenge course, ropes course, rock climbing, rappeling, horseback riding, crafts, birthday party, Bible study, personal devotions, singing.
WHEN IS CAMP? July 11 - July 16, 2010
Camper Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 11th across the street from Arvada Covenant Church at 5420 Ward Rd., Arvada, Colorado. Campers will return to Arvada Covenant Church Friday, July 16th at approximately 4:00 p.m., and parents will pick them up by 4:30 p.m.
WHERE IS CAMP? Our Camp will be held at Lutheran Valley Ranch/Retreat near Divide, Colorado. The teens will be transported by bus and/or vans throughout the week. We ask campers to pay a nominal charge of $50.
